Child Safety Standards

At SkillLinkr, the safety of our users is our absolute highest priority. As a social and networking platform designed for university students, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of exploitation, abuse, or sharing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Zero-Tolerance Policy

SkillLinkr strictly prohibits the upload, sharing, or distribution of any content that exploits or abuses children. Any user found to be engaging in such activities will face immediate and permanent account termination without notice. Furthermore, SkillLinkr will proactively report any suspected incidents or materials to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and international organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Reporting Safety Concerns

We rely on our community to help maintain a safe environment. We provide direct mechanisms for users to report safety concerns:

• In-App Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content or suspicious users directly through the application interface. All reports are immediately flagged for priority review by our moderation team.
• Email Reporting: Any concerns regarding child safety, exploitation, or abuse can be reported directly to our dedicated safety team at skillinkr@gmail.com.

Action and Enforcement

Upon receiving a report regarding CSAM or child exploitation:

1. The reported content is immediately hidden from public view pending investigation.
2. The accounts of users involved are suspended to prevent further distribution.
3. If the content is confirmed to be CSAM, the account is permanently terminated.
4. All relevant data, including the user's IP address and registration details, are preserved and securely transmitted to the relevant law enforcement agencies.
